A few weeks ago I posted about a project that is being built in my neighborhood, SOL (solutions oriented living).

The 1600 home, from http://www.solaustin.com
On my way to work in the mornings I’ve been watching this project and another closeby (Cobra Studios) as they push forward with construction. Ground has been broken, utilities are going in and foundations are being laid! This weekend SOL debuted it’s new website, which contains floorplans for all of the homes being built and also construction updates. Homes range from 1,110 – 1,800 s.f. and are priced from $200,000 - mid $300,000′s. Better yet, they look super cool! I especially like the single floor models with courtyard spaces – particularly this one! Simple, yet fun & functional. Pass it on to all of your friends who are in the market for a new place – with Mueller, Agave, and now S.O.L., the East side of Austin is starting to look more like the Green side of Austin, wouldn’t you agree?
